**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble products in a predetermined time-frame.
- Assemble products using hand tools including.
- Follow written and verbal instructions diligently.
- Follow Assembly and other instructional material.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Actively participate in the Assembler Training Program which includes training in safety, assembly methods and techniques, tool and equipment usage.
- Maintain a safe, clean and orderly workstation.
- Follow safety instructions at all times.
- Assist Quality Control and Production manager as necessary.
- Contribute to a pleasant, productive and positive work environment by maintaining a positive and open attitude.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to problem solve and take action as necessary.
- Detail oriented.
- Flexibility.
- Positive attitude.
- Basic math.
- No experience necessary.

**Physical Demands**:

- Able to sit for extended periods of time with regularly scheduled breaks.
- Good eyesight (corrective accepted) and good color recognition.
- Good manual dexterity with free movement of fingers, hands, wrists and elbows.
- Able to perform tasks that require repetitive movement of hands, wrist and arms, for extended periods of time. Including but not limited to twisting, bending and squeezing.
