**Associate Director - Captive Insurance**
This is a **hybrid role based in Vermont**.

**What the day will look like**
- Responsible for the overall servicing of a portfolio of key client accounts
- Member of office leadership team: develop strategies across key components of our business.
- Mentor and develop colleagues.
- Strategize with clients on how best to optimize their captive insurance company and help develop solutions to complex client problems.
- Collaborate with other parts of Aon to bring the best solutions to our clients.
- Prepare and present insights during client board meetings.
- Increase Aon’s profile within the captive insurance market.
**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Strong leadership skills and proven track record in similar roles
- Extensive and proven experience in senior roles, preferably within captive Insurance management - essential
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to lead projects and motivate teams to execute strategies.
- Resiliency and creativity
- Strong presentations and soft skills
The salary range for this position is $135,000-$170,000 annually plus an incentive based on office performance. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary will vary based on the **applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities**, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary range reflected is based on a primary work location of Burlington, VT. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
