We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized insurance coordinator who has a good attitude and can make treatment planning seamless for patients.

**Responsibilities**
- Call for benefits
- Verify benefits prior to appointments and surgeries
- Send and track pre-authorizations
- Calculate deductibles and fees by hand as/if needed
- Make treatment plans at time of patient appointment
- Sent claims with attachments as needed
- Answer multi-line phones
- Make and confirm appointments as/if needed to assist receptionist
- Collect payment as/if needed to assist receptionist
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Comfort discussing fees
- Knowledge of dental procedures preferred
- Good computer skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Well-organized and reliable
- Ability to be flexible and learn different tasks around the office
- High school diploma
- Experience with WinOMS preferred
- Experience with NEA preferred
- Prior experience as an insurance coordinator required

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
