**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
- Develop and implement sales strategies for our current business clients
- Daily communicating with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed
- Manage both new and existing customers to ensure they have a continued positive experience with our firm
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients' desires
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
- Meet with our business class customers on a face-to-face to perform assessments

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Communication: Both strong listening and communication skills are crucial. Our Consultants need to know when to talk and when to listen. Our Consultants will also learn how to listen for and handle common objections and issues
- Mathematical: As we are dealing with pricing and commercial energy invoices, basic math skills can be useful in this Consulting position. Consultant will often have to calculate percentages, sales prices, and discounts quickly and accurately. These are very basic and included in the training.
- Teamwork: Our Consultants work in a team-based environment. They may have to interact with operations, marketing or other sales team members to meet company goals. Interpersonal and teamwork skills will assist the consultant in effectively working in a team environment.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clients
- Exceptional analytical skills for analyzing client data
- Time-management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
