Overview:
**Duties**:

- Ensure safety of facility
- Assist clients in developing healthy skills and coping mechanisms
- Utilize crisis intervention techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Monitor vital signs and respond effectively in crisis situations
- Support clients with varying behavioral health issues and facilitate therapeutic groups as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience with working in recovery, able to facilitate a group session, and be consistent with disciplinary policies/enforcing of rules as needed.
- Knowledge of crisis management strategies and techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods and analysis
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with diverse needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Patient demographics:

- Adults

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
