Plumbing Company located in Buena Park, CA has an immediate full-time opening for an experienced Service Dispatcher. The selected applicant’s responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to the following:

- Answer phone calls;
- Schedule service calls with clients;
- Efficiently dispatch Technicians;
- Open, process, close and bill work orders;
- Competitively price and order parts for Service Technicians;
- Play an integral part, together with the Service Manager, in preparing estimates for both service and construction projects.
- Maintain all job files
- Be the initial contact in responding to customer inquiries and concerns.

Required skills for this position include:

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- The ability to speak with a smile;
- Ability to set priorities;
- Consistency in meeting deadlines;
- Accuracy

Experience within the Plumbing Industry is a definite plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
