Quality Pressure Washing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our crew operations. The Field Supervisor will ensure safety and quality standards are met, manage daily fleet preparation, and oversee job execution to maintain the highest level of service for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage daily field operations, ensuring all jobs are completed safely and efficiently.
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the crew to meet company standards.
- Coordinate daily fleet preparation, ensuring all vehicles and equipment are ready for the day's tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and vehicles to ensure proper functioning and maintenance.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices and safety procedures.
- Handle on-site client interactions, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of job progress, crew performance, and equipment usage.
- Assist in scheduling and dispatching crews to various job sites based on client needs and project requirements.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring adequate supplies and materials are available for daily operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain consistency and quality across all projects.
- Participate in cleaning trucks and other equipment alongside the crew as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the pressure washing industry.
- Bilingual in Spanish.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a field environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
