**Projects**:We provide specialized services to assist HR and safety managers to complete compliance tasks essential to the employees.

**Injury Prevention Specialist (IPS) Services**: A GSC On-Site Services employee is assigned to a customer site where they provide 7 key services that will help employees stay healthy and our customers to achieve significant return on their investment for our services.

Our senior managers have over 40 years of experience and are well-published, and have been presented at state, regional, and national conferences. GSC On-Site Services is an entrepreneurial business with a strong team culture.

**Duties**:
**HR**
- PTO tracking
- Time sheet audits
- Completion of travel expense reports
- New hire processing
- New hire computer set up, business card ordering, shirts, supplies according to checklist
- Schedule and follow up with background checks and drug screens
- New hire set up in payroll
- Benefits renewal

**General Admin**
- Creation of site-specific informatics
- PowerPoint editing
- Quarter Outcome Report development
- Creation of customer portals
- Creation of IPS flyers
- Device and account login credential tracking
- Insurance contracting and certs to all accounts
- Adding all documents to one drive
- Other duties as assigned

**Finance/Accounting**
- Invoicing
- Estimated travel cost estimates for proposals
- Entry of all accounting data - QuickBooks
- Follow Up with outstanding accounts
- Coordination with accounting services

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in administration or office management roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Additional experience with QuickBooks, Canva

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. The Administration Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing administrative tasks and coordinating with the management team, accounting, and other outside corporate resources.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
