At Super Fast Electric, we are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time **Electrical Dispatcher** in our Altamonte Springs, FL office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

With an expected pay range of **$20-$22/hr, **with** monthly performance based bonuses available**, you'll be rewarded for your hard work and expertise. **WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN ELECTRICAL DISPATCHER**

Fluency in Spanish would be a plus. Experience with ServiceTitan would be helpful. Home service business experience is preferred, but not required. We just ask that you meet the following qualifications:

**YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR ELECTRICAL DISPATCHER**

This position typically works from **9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday** and has a **30-minute lunch**.

As our Electrical Customer Service Coordinator, you'll have the exciting opportunity to engage with our valued customers over the phone, offering a warm and friendly greeting and scheduling appointments that fit their needs. Your excellent communication skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with our skilled field technicians to coordinate dispatching and ensure timely service delivery. In addition to your customer service responsibilities, you'll be the master of service coordination, following up on estimates, conducting "happy" calls to enhance customer satisfaction, and efficiently managing appointments and work completion schedules. You'll also handle administrative duties, including collecting payments over the phone, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
