We are actively looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. If you are a dynamic and results-oriented professional passionate about sales and building client relationships, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively engage in outreach through cold calling, messaging, or warm networking initiatives.
- Targeting $25,000 monthly sales and exceeding this goal is preferred.
- Initiate outbound sales communications with prospects utilizing supplied leads and listings.
- Schedule and conduct customer meetings to present our services while identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions to fulfill their requirements.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers across various communication channels.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to secure sales and meet revenue targets.
- Stay in contact with leads and prospects to streamline their journey through the sales process effectively.
- Collaborate with sales team members and other departments to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Provide exemplary customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold customer satisfaction.
- Track sales data to ensure attainment of sales quotas and prepare comprehensive sales performance reports monthly.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a High school Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a proven sales track record, coupled with a deep understanding of the sign industry.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build rapport.
- Solid abilities in negotiating and closing deals, driven by a results-focused mindset.
- Display self-motivation and proactive initiative, adept at independent work and time management.
- Being able to roll with changes in the market and meet the evolving needs of customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
- Approach new or challenging scenarios with determination and adaptability.
- Tech Savvy Ability to learn software tools easily and quickly. (Project management tool, CRM, etc.)

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
- Sales must meet or exceed $750 to qualify for commission payout.
- Any sale below $750 will not contribute to your total sales for commission payout.
- Commission of $500 on every $25,000 in sales generated.
- Base salary is determined based on your skills and experience.
- Commission structure determined by project types.
