**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor on the phone.
- Promptly follow up on leads and schedule consultations.
- Ensure a welcoming environment for all firm visitors.
- Handle new client phone calls and contact forms.
- Complete detailed questionnaires with prospective clients in our case management system.
- Assist clients in submitting necessary paperwork and follow up on outstanding documentation.
- Prepare and send welcome packages to newly accepted clients.
- Maintain the reception area and conference rooms.
- Collaborate with Paralegals and Associate Attorneys.
- Make occasional trips to the bank as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Who You Are**:

- **Experienced Professional**: You have 2-4 years of experience in a professional office setting.
- **Customer Service Expert**: Your background in customer relations and/or sales makes you adept at handling client interactions.
- **Excellent Communicator**: You have strong oral and written communication skills.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented**: You can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- **Team Player**: You enjoy working collaboratively and have a positive, outgoing attitude.

Pay: $42,435.59 - $60,000.00 per year
