Job Summary:
Overview:
**Duties**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting clients
- Manage and oversee all aspects of spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
- Coordinate advertising campaigns, social media efforts, and promotional events to increase brand awareness.
- Train and develop front desk staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and supplies
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure staff members meet performance goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring their needs are met.
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to ensure MedSpa operations remain compliant and ethical.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, licensing requirements, and privacy laws.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role as a Spa Manager or related field
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field or a comparable combination of professional experience and education.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of retail math principles for managing inventory and sales targets
- Proven track record in driving sales and meeting revenue goals
- Experience in training development for spa staff
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and reporting
- Previous experience in store management or sales management is preferred
