Associate Community Manager

**ASSOCIATE COMMUNITY MANAGER**
**MUST BE HIGHLY ORGANIZED AND SELF-MOTIVATED**
Prior experience in monitoring contractors and coordinating unit renovation and turnover is ideal but not necessary. **Experience with a strong track record in leasing, property operations, managing delinquency and delivering superior customer service preferred. **Superior verbal and written communication skills are required. Computer proficiency and knowledge of property management software is also required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate activities
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
- Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Supervise and train property staff
- Enforce property rules and regulations
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in property management or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
- Logan Circle, DC: Relocate before starting work (required)
