- The Court offers medical and dental plans.- Employees may waive the Court-offered Medical and Hospital Plan, if they provide proof of other current "group" health plan coverage.MEDICAL FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PROGRAM- The Court contributes an amount each month, which is determined by the "Type of Enrollment" on behalf of each regular employee in a paid status, who is enrolled in one of the medical and hospital plans provided by the Superior Court of California, County of Riverside.Flexible Benefit contributions shall be reduced on a pro-rated basis for an employee working less than full time.VISION PLAN- The Court offers a vision plan.ANNUAL LEAVE- Employees in this job class accrue annual leave; pro-rated if less than full time.LIFE INSURANCE- Court pays a basic term life insurance policy for each SEIU employee.RETIREMENT- Participation in Public Employee's Retirement System (PERS).EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)- EAP is a benefit provided by Superior Court of California, County of Riverside for all employees.HOLIDAYS- Generally fourteen days per year. Employees are entitled to eight (8) hours of holiday pay for each court recognized holiday.
