Crew leader is responsible for leading a crew while also performing lawn maintenance duties which could include mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and maintaining landscape beds. We use only top of the line equipment and provide employees with all the resources necessary to ensure they can successfully execute their job.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead lawn care crew of 2-3 members on daily routes
- Executes lawn maintenance activities
- Performs lawn maintenance duties including operating a mower, trimmers, blowers, etc
- Performs trimming and edging around driveways, sidewalks, trees, mulch beds, and walls.
- Ensures positive working relationships with customers and team

**Job Specifications**
- 40 +/- hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:30-4:30 (times may vary depending on work load and weather conditions).
- Full time benefit program includes medical, dental, and 401K.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Stands and walks for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
