In this role, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients with navigating their health insurance coverage, resolving inquiries, and providing support to ensure they have a positive experience with our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their health insurance inquiries, including coverage details, claims, and policy information.
- Assist clients in understanding their insurance benefits, eligibility criteria, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to clients in selecting appropriate healthcare plans based on their needs and budget.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to client interactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of health insurance terminology, policies, and procedures is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
