**Your Role**:
As a Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and support to our Coordinated Family Supports team. Your mission? To lead by example, cultivate a culture of excellence, and champion our values and mission.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a team of managers, modeling exceptional case management skills and fostering professional growth.
- Exercise wise discretion and independent judgment in areas including team member hiring, client support, crisis management, and company expenses.
- Set the standard for scheduling, training, and internal policies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Foster strong partnerships with clients, staff, and stakeholders, ensuring quality services and accountability.
- Advocate for and uphold the unique language and cultural preferences of the individuals we support
- Facilitate communication and training initiatives, promoting a culture of accountability, intentionality, and safety.
- Support company growth and strategic goals, advancing your knowledge and expertise related to leadership and serving people with disabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's-level degree in a human services field of study (minimum education requirement)
- Three years of experience in Social Work
- One year of management and supervisory experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Valid California driver's license with three years of driving experience
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last five years
- Proficiency in typing and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of clients and families served
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and obtain CPR and First Aid certification

Pay: $72,800.00 - $76,960.00 per year
