**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Review and confirm accounts payable invoices, enter into the accounting system and prepare payment letters for review and signature
- Coordinate payables activities with other departments and vendors
- Log incoming checks and make deposits
- Maintain Trust fund files and records

**Teamwork**
- Work cooperatively and professionally with other team members, account managers, administrative support, management and auditors
- Actively participate in team meetings and training activities
- Perform additional responsibilities and projects as periodically assigned

**Education/Certification**:

- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent (minimum)

**Skills/Abilities**:

- Prior experience in accounting data entry
- Strong math, typing and 10-key skills
- Working knowledge in MS Excel & MS Word
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external customers, verbally and in writing
- Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to moderately complex instructions and correspondence
- Ability to work independently, organize, set priorities, and complete multiple projects/tasks within established deadlines
- Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer
