**Job Title**:Head Chef de Partie**

**Pay: $26.00/hour**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead daily pastry preparation and production.
- Develop and refine pastry recipes.
- Supervise and mentor junior pastry chefs.
- Maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage pastry inventory and supplies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end or luxury dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert preparation.
- Creativity and flair in developing unique and innovative pastry items.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience in pastry arts is preferred.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to food preparation and kitchen operations.
