- Create and maintain records of product and purchasing transactions in the ERP system
- Contact with vendors and arrange the purchasing orders and shipping plan
- Contact with brokers and arrange the transportation process
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal database, including inventory, received quality, and vendor invoice
- Create purchasing and inventory reports in the systems and MS Excel
- Proceed with the action of business and office purchasing
- Any other duty related to product and purchasing department

Skills Requirements
- Ability to work in Microsoft suite programs
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel formulas
- Proficient with ERP Systems, including purchase order creation and vendor invoice create
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and deadline orientation
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work well in teams and under mínimal supervision

Minimum Education / Substituted Experience
- B.S. Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Purchasing, or a related field required
- Proven experience in Supply Chain and overseas purchasing (minimum 1 year)
- Language: Chinese (prefer)

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
