**Job Title**: Office Assistant

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing phone calls.
- Coordinate appointments and maintain calendars for multiple team members.
- Perform basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in documents.
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Previous experience as a personal assistant or in real estate administrative roles is beneficial.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
