Project Administrator/Assistant


* CONTRACTING/CONSTRUCTION TRADE OFFICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *


Responsibilities in fast paced contracting office to include but not limited to:

- emails

- insurance requests

- light typing

- change order preparation and tracking

- project file maintenance

- billing and receivable follow up inclusive of AIAs

- project correspondence

- data management

- calendar maintenance

- general project management assistance - prequalifications, permit filing, contract review, insurance requests, etc
