**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Report to the Property Manager;
- Lead the maintenance department in operations, vendors and supply needs
- Train as needed and working along side others
- Take after hour calls as needed
- Keep the property attractive, safe and in quality condition
- Ensure all necessary tasks and work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner;
- Help maintain a make-ready board, scheduling vendors
- Keep supplies, parts, and tools inventoried and organized

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Must have HVAC experience and EPA UNIVERSAL license
- Must have a positive can do attitude
- Have the ability and skills to perform required job functions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check;
- Possess working knowledge of multi-family property maintenance procedures;
- Have skills in: Light carpentry;
- Appliance repair and installation
- General plumbing
- Electrical
- Possess a Strong work ethic
- Have a Customer-focused attitude
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent communications
- Ability to read and write English fluently
- Good organizational ability
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Be Team-player
