**Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts Payable**:

- Process and verify invoices related to environmental inspections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals for payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in alignment with environmental compliance standards.

**Office Administration**:

- Provide administrative support to various departments involved in environmental inspection projects.
- Organize and maintain files related to permits, compliance documentation, and inspection reports.
- Coordinate scheduling for field inspections, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.
- Manage office supplies with an emphasis on sustainability, promoting eco-friendly choices wherever possible.

**Communication**:

- Effectively communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts payable matters and project coordination.
- Serve as a point of contact for general inquiries related to environmental inspections.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Administrator or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite.)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Motivated, team-player attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
