**Job Title: Project Coordinator/Scheduler**

**Reports To**: The **Project Manager** will report to the Client Manager, Client Director, Managing Vice President, or equivalent leadership.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including all tasks, due dates, and deliverables.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure that due dates are met.
- Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in project scope or resources.
- Meeting Coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are included.
- Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items.
- Follow up with team members to ensure that action items are completed on time.

Task Tracking
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their progress.
- Use project management software to track task completion and update project schedules.
- Identify potential delays or issues and escalate them to the appropriate team members or leaders.
- Communication and Accountability:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project scheduling and coordination.
- Communicate project status updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Hold team members accountable for meeting due dates and completing tasks.

Reporting
- Generate regular reports on project status, including progress against schedule and key milestones.
- Present reports to project managers and leadership as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience in project scheduling or project coordination, preferably in a B2B services organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to anticipate project needs.
- Ability to work with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
- High level of accountability and commitment to meeting due dates.

**Working Conditions**:
This position may require occasional travel to client sites or other company locations.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous experience as a project coordinator preference of 2-5 years.
- Proficient in Excel and Power Point
- A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with an ability to drive change and business metrics with a customer-first mindset
- Assertive and collaborative approach, with the ability to drive innovation and change management with virtual and global teams across different time zones
- Demonstrated ability to meet strict due dates, thrive in a complex, dynamic, matrix environment with rapidly evolving business demands
- Excellent organization and communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire clients and co-workers to drive collaboration and alignment
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage schedules which span Client business, operations, and IT disciplines.
- Cross border management experience, working in a multicultural, matrix business environment to deliver projects utilizing globally dispersed resources desired

**Physical Demands**:

- Fine and/or gross motor skills, including the ability to grasp, lift and/or carry.
- Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time.
- Manual dexterity required for operating office machinery (phone, copy machines, binding equipment, etc.).
- Physically able to talk on the phone and input data simultaneously.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus and ability to match or may include detection of differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness.
