Summary:
Essential Functions:
- Hires, onboards and trains staff in the Office of Sponsored Programs. Provides oversight and direction for office staff to ensure that all contracts are managed appropriately and are in compliance. Monitors workload, provides direction and feedback to staff, evaluates employee performance and addresses any issues that may arise in a timely manner. Seeks opportunities for staff professional and skill development.- Other duties as assigned. The award volume for sponsor commitments each year is between $45 million - $55 million.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.-
- 8-10 years of relevant experience.- Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent.-
- 10+ years of relevant experience.- Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of OMB Circular 2 CFR 200 compliance requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulation Knowledge of federal agency policies (e.g., NSF, NIH, and NASA).-
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.-
- Analytical skills and ability to negotiate awards for the University.**Benefits**:
