- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Office, especially in the waiting area and the front desk.
- Assists the patient in filling out forms and inputs their data in the database
- Manages appointment times for Doctors’
- Follow-up with patients regarding treatment or appointments by telephone
- Performs other office duties, such as answering calls, filing, faxing, and more.
- Handles verification of patient benefits for insurance and ensures patients’ are eligible to receive services.
- Can maintain control over the front desk area positively, with ease.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
