Centrally located and operating out of our Farmington, CT office, our Inside Sales Platinum Sales Team is focused on expanding our business throughout Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. That growth is a result of an active sales force, diligent account management, and personalized customer service. You will be the one who generates revenue while receiving ongoing training and sales support from an experienced Franchise Owner and one of the Top Sales Performer in the country. This is a fast-paced, high-speed, exciting career opportunity with an earning potential that is uncapped. Upon successful completion of our training program, this can be a work from office and work from home hybrid position.

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- Proven success generating/qualifying leads through prospecting new business with a ‘hunter’ mentality

Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 per year based on experience

Base Salary + Commission + Bonus**:
First Year On Target Earnings $60,000-$75,000+

Second Year On Target Earnings $75,000-$100,000+

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
