**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented sales driven individual to join our team as a Customer Sales & Service Representative. You will confidently answer a high volume of incoming calls converting potential customer to jobs on the calendar, confirm appointments, respond to quickly & efficiently to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide quality general information. You will be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the services we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing bookings online and over the phone. You will also inform customers of the service terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent data entry and typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 65 words per minute.
- Have a strong attention to detail and ability to listen and interpret information accurately.
- Confidence and Strong Communication Skills for Outreach Calls
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Previous Customer Service Required**
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- **3 years of experience in a busy or office environment**:
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- **Must be detail oriented and able to pass test to prove such.**:
- Possess strong forward thinking skills
- **Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills**:
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
**Job Responsibilities and Duties**:
Management and resolve customer complaints in a timely fashion
Sell services and place customer bookings in the computer system accurately and promptly
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors in a timely fashion
Provide service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Knowledge of products and services
Communicate effectively and keep accurate notes on bookings between all parties
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

Schedule 6-8 Hour Shifts. Saturdays every other. Our office is open Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 8am-6pm. *Hours vary seasonally/by demand.

- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Point Pleasant, NJ.
