New Century Volkswagen is searching for a Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The main focus of this role is to drive sales leads and build relationships with potential buyers. The Business Development Coordinator will be responsible for developing and creating new sales strategies and managing the sales process with clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join an established sales team and develop their career in the automotive retail sales industry.

Compensation and Benefits
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary of $20-$25 per hour plus tiered bonuses based on "show" or "sale" customers.

Responsibilities
• Utilize a variety of methods to identify and target new sales opportunities
• Create and maintain relationships with clients to build trust and increase sales
• Keep up to date with new product and pricing information to match with customer needs
• Manage client communication and sales pipeline to ensure good customer service
• Document all activity and results in the sales database and ensure data accuracy
• Track customer information, preferences, pricing, competition, and market conditions
• Generate sales and obtain referrals by attending events and networking functions
• Regularly report to management on sales progress and performance

Requirements
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Experience with customer relationship management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to create innovative sales strategies
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred
