**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Negotiation**: Ability to negotiate estimates and proposals in competitive bidding
- **Technical Skills**:Ability to leverage CRM tools, create proposals and create presentations.

**Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday**

**Location**:

- **Office role (Hollywood, FL) - **Non remote.

**Pay**:

- **Commensurate with experience**:

- **Incentive compensation for new revenue and profitable estimating**

**Daily Functions Include**:

- Prepare organized approach with customer lists for outbound targeting
- Cross selling and upselling existing customers
- Sell recurring revenue service programs
- Leverage CRM for data entry, forecast reporting and analysis
- Create estimates and proposals
- Onsite customer visits to develop relationships, conduct surveys and create needs analysis
- Deliver presentations to strategic accounts
- Follow up on on proposals and estimates
- Conduct customer trainings
- Partner with sales and management on business development
- Uncover strategic partners and relationships
- Seek referrals
- Support service team on technical customer outreach
- Identify new business adjacencies
- Develop customer surveys
- Increase customer awareness on the brand
- Educate customers on wellness best practices and benefits
- Attend networking events

Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
