_**Position Overview**:_

At **Above All Store Fronts, INC**. The _**Project Coordinator**_ is responsible for document management, process daily paperwork, delivery tickets, purchase orders, assisting PM Department with anything related to projects from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Project Coordinator will also be shadowing our APM & PM, in office.

*_The _**Project Coordinator **_must represent _**Above All Store Fronts, INC.**_ _in a professional & courteous manner. They Must _be _organized, have computer skills, have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. The Project Coordinator also must have the ability to multitask effectively and timely.*_
- The ability to communicate in an engaging and impactful way that allows for the delivery of value to the client in a polished manner and internally, be able to work ‘hand-in-hand’ with Drafting, Estimating, Shop and other departments.
- The competency to manage their time and activities and will embrace our Project Management processes and systems.
- The right attitude and possess a 'can-do' perspective in their professional setting. Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to be independent, accountable, & demonstrate a strong work ethic. That umph to be sticklers for accuracy in their own work and punctuality is a must.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Communicate with PM department to determine project requirements and objectives, help them meet goals
- Assist PM department manage and update PM software and purchase orders, create schedules, submittals, delivery tickets, etc.
- Work closely with APM & PM assisting with communication between departments.
- Review & understand the scope of work within each project.
- **Job Qualifications**:_
- Minimum of 1-2 years in Project/Administrative Support related role or in a construction industry environment.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Must be extremely organized and exhibit a high degree of attention to detail.
- Some college preferred
- Ability to read shop drawings a plus.
- Desire for growth within the company
- **SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE**:_
- Project Management Software
- Bluebeam Editing Software (A Plus)
- MS Office - Word, Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint
