Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end import process, from pre alert to dispatch, including coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Ensure compliance with all import regulations and documentation requirements are met.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize logistics planning and minimize lead times

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Import Coordinator or similar role
- knowledge of import regulations and customs procedures
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Pay: $49,688.00 - $51,074.00 per year
