We proudly provide competitive compensation of **$21.50 to $25.00 per hour, contingent upon your experience and education. Additionally, we offer a generous $3,000 sign-on bonus. This bonus is disbursed in two installments: $2,250 after 90 days of employment and an additional $750 following six months of dedicated service. **YOUR DAY**

As a Children's Program House Manager, you oversee and coordinate activities within a therapeutic environment aimed at enhancing the physical, emotional, and behavioral well-being of students. You serve as a positive role model, facilitating the development of adaptive life skills. Your duties encompass on-site management of the designated residence, including quality assurance, facilitation of staff training and development sessions, and oversight of personnel scheduling. Direct reporting is to the director of residential services.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Valid driver's license
- Associate's degree in social work, health, human services, education, psychology, or related field OR 2 years of equivalent college experience plus 18 months of human service experience with children and/or adolescents, and 12 months of supervisory experience in any field
- High School diploma with 3+ years of human service experience, particularly with children and/or adolescents, and 18 months of supervisory experience in any field (preferred)
