**As the Project Manager, you will**:

- Lead the “Deliver” project stream of acquisitions and divestitures for the NA region, including (but not limited to) customer service, distribution and transportation impacts.
- Represent Deliver NA during exploration, due diligence, and execution phases of business development initiatives and will be accountable for integrating and aligning order to cash deliverables with the broader supply chain and commercial teams.
- Develop and deploy plans that support a seamless transfer including relevant transition service agreements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Structure project team, manage resources, and oversee spending
- Develop and gain alignment to integration/separation strategies for Deliver NA
- Drive flawless project execution by ensuring milestone schedule / stage gates, Final Project objectives (FPOs) and scope agreed upon during formal Project Kick Off and track on a monthly basis during Project Leadership Team reviews
- Execute transition service agreement (TSA) for Deliver NA, evaluating processes, costs, and order to cash implications (including customer connectivity elements)
- Evaluate transition costs across Deliver functions with Deliver Finance
- Work with the project and functional teams to create product flow data maps capturing physical, data, logical & title/financial flows of priority product portfolios.
- Coordinate Logistics Service providers’ contract changes with the relevant procurement teams
- Lead/coordinate relevant warehousing & inventory moves as required
- Collaborate with wider Supply Chain on process improvements
- Develop and execute communication strategies and plans to provide stakeholders with projections, progress updates, escalations, action plans and results
- Support the creation and development of the Deliver playbook for acquisition and divestiture activity
- Handle project execution to ensure FPOs, project timeline (critical milestones), and budget are met
- Ensure interdependencies and risks are properly highlighted and escalated through the proper channels and consistency in execution
- Lead non-Acquisition/Divestiture projects within the Deliver NA Project Management Organization (PMO), as needed
- Represent Deliver within wider J&J Supply Chain and Commercial Organizations, as required
- Partner with Global Business Development on acquisitions and divestitures, as required
- Potential to lead Deliver base business projects in addition to Acquisition & Divestiture work

**Education**:Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University Degree required; focused degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.

**Required**:

- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience
- Experience in a Logistics, Customer Services or Supply Chain environment
- Strong project management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex matrix organization
- Ability to act decisively and manage risks with limited information
- Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment, work independently, manage complexity and take ownership for deliverables
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company

**Preferred**:

- Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end to end)
- Experience in of leading process improvements and/or change management programs and associated governance processes
- Experience in business development activities (acquisitions and divestitures)
- FPX training or certification

**Other**:

- May require up to 25% domestic and/or international travel to other locations and sites
- The anticipated base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200/yr.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
