**BVLGARI,** a renowned Italian designer known for its luxury jewels and watches, is searching for a Client Advisor for its boutique at Neiman Marcus. The chosen individual will collaborate closely with the Store Director.

**Overview**:
The **_Client Advisor_** will embody the brand and curate a distinctive and unforgettable experience for our esteemed clientele. The role emphasizes generating sales opportunities, achieving store objectives, and delivering unparalleled service.

**What you will do**:

- Offer an exceptional and memorable service to all visitors, whether browsing, making a purchase, or seeking after-sales assistance, ensuring they leave a positive impression.
- Consistently drive store sales and meet profit targets by leveraging proactive sales initiatives monthly and annually.
- Master and execute the sales process from greeting to packaging, ensuring each client receives a unique shopping experience.
- Channel the essence of Italian warmth and hospitality during all client interactions.
- Understand clients' needs through empathetic listening and offer tailored advice.
- Foster relationships with existing clients while actively engaging new ones.
- Collaborate with management to identify community relationship-building opportunities and potential events to bolster brand loyalty and awareness.
- Handle after-sales services efficiently, including exchanges, returns, and repairs.
- Oversee daily store setups, strictly adhere to Visual Merchandising guidelines, and manage store breakdowns post-closure.

**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail or with luxury products.
- Proven sales and negotiation acumen.
- Proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
- A keen eye for detail, combined with commendable organizational and prioritization skills.
- Flexibility to work during retail hours, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
