Food Truck Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the food truck, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities in the kitchen.
- Create creative menu items to build off of what we are already producing.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Manage cash handling and perform basic math calculations for sales transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck, including bussing tables and cleaning kitchen equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
- Train new employees on food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- **Ability to drive the food truck**, no CDL license required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food service or restaurant management role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
