Our technicians do more than provide timely and accurate diagnoses and repairs to support our customers. Supported by our outstanding customer service agents and parts department, they help create a five-star experience for our customers.

The average day of a technician involves traveling to customers' homes and providing these services for a wide range of home and professional grade appliances. You will be provided with a company vehicle, phone, and laptop to assist you in your duties.
- 2+ years diagnosing and repairing home appliances
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skill
