- Install Solar Panels: Execute efficient and high-quality installations of solar panel systems, including the mounting of panels, electrical wiring, and connecting components.
- Worksite Preparation: Prepare the worksite by reviewing installation plans, assessing safety requirements, and ensuring all necessary equipment and tools are available.
- Quality Assurance: Follow industry best practices and company guidelines to ensure all installations meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless coordination and efficient completion of projects.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any installation-related issues or challenges that may arise during the process.
- Customer Service: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the installation process.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintaining a clean and hazard-free worksite.
- Documentation and Reporting: Complete necessary installation documentation, such as work orders and inspection reports, accurately and in a timely manner.
- Lift up to 50 pounds of weight frequently
- Troubleshot problems and develop successful solutions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily demands and handle high-volume work by prioritizing tasks and organizing supplies
- Communicate with the team in a professional and considerate manner, answering all questions and concerns to the best of your ability
- Prevent injuries and accidents by following careful safety precautions
- Leave building owners with clean, organized areas in line with company professional standards

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
