May Center for Adult Services is looking for qualified Developmental Specialist to make a difference in the lives of adults with autism and developmental disabilities in our Day Habilitation center in Raynham, MA.

PAY RATE IS $19.00/hr

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide coordination and leadership to individuals and staff members in a group room/community setting
- Follow Day Habilitation and Behavioral Support plans, collect and evaluate data, and write monthly progress summaries
- Oversee and run therapeutic goals with individuals served
- Skill development and community integration
- Assisting individuals in meeting their personal care and nutritional needs
- Behavioral interventions
- Participating in the development of DHSP/ISP objectives and documenting consumer progress

**Qualifications**:

- Previous behavioral experience strongly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years' driving experience
- Previous human services experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
