Job summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee desktop management for MAC environments to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain SCCM for efficient software distribution patch management and asset tracking.
- Provide field services support including troubleshooting hardware repairs and software installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all desktop management activities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks in the desktop environment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for desktop management processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Lead projects related to desktop management and field services ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Monitor and analyze system performance making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Contribute to the development of disaster recovery plans and ensure desktop environments are resilient.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess extensive experience in desktop management for MAC environments.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SCCM for software distribution and patch management.
- Have a strong background in providing field services support including troubleshooting and repairs.
- Nice to have experience with Citrix Xen Server administration.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues in the desktop environment.
