**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**: Revenue Cycle Management
**Summary of Duties**: Meets with clients to discuss needs/issues. Is the ?face? of PBMS.
? Maintains a professional appearance and attitude.
? Conducts self in accordance with PBMS? employee handbook.
? Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
**Skills/Experience**:
? Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
? Ability to operate a computer and basic office equipment.
? Knowledge of business office procedures.
? Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
? Ability to multitask.
? Ability to work well under pressure and function in stressful situations.
? Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions.
? Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with provider staff and fellow employees.
**Environment/Working Conditions**: Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required and/or hours may be shortened as business needs dictate.
**Physical Demands**: Requires sitting and standing associated with a normal office environment. Manual dexterity needed for using a calculator, computer keyboard, and switchboard. Minimal lifting may be required
