Role: Lead Support - JDA (BY WMS)

Location: Purchase, NY

Lead the implementation and optimization of JDA/RP WMS solutions to improve supply chain operations.
- Oversee the integration of warehouse management systems with existing supply chain processes.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for supply chain management to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the supply chain.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members on new systems and processes.
- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Implement strategies to enhance warehouse management and inventory control.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Support the development of business cases for new projects and initiatives.

**Qualifications**

Possess a strong background in JDA/RP WMS with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in supply chain management and warehouse management systems.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Show proficiency in data analysis and the use of relevant software tools.
- Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational issues.
- Hold a bachelors degree in a related field a masters degree is a plus.
- Experience in project management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
