**Hill International is seeking an Associate Specialist, Project Management Support in Pomona, California**
- Supports key activities or specific work streams of short term projects where the number of inter-dependencies and interconnections are mínimal.
- Assigned activities encompass a level of predictability, causality and structure.
- Assists with coordinating activities, resources and ensures deliverables are tracked.
- Accomplishes results through own efforts.
- Gathers and provides information on project health to Project Manager.
- Interacts with Project Manager and team members.
- Acts as a technical resource.
- Provides support in activities that assist in completion of project tasks.
- Conducts analysis to support problem identification and solutions.
- Documents and tracks project objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, deliverables and budgets.
- Assists in conducting analysis and prepares presentations for use in communicating facts, practices, and policies to internal contacts and team members.
- Assists and in some cases, provides input to courses of action and decisions regarding establishing and changing project direction.
- Degree in applicable profession, business, or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Two years of project support experience.
- Project support, utility, or construction experience; or combination thereof preferred.
- Demonstrated intermediate-level experience using Microsoft Office suite, including spreadsheet and presentation software tools to develop deliverables.
- Pursues learning opportunities and willing to do what it takes to meet commitments.
- Communicates with accuracy and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with coordinating meetings, activities, resources and tracking deliverables.
- Good customer service track record.
- Hybrid Role, two days per week in office or job site.

The salary range for this position is $55,000-$77,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
