- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
- Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance
- Manage relationships with vendors and agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, including social media and paid advertising/search
- Collaborate on seasonal marketing initiatives
- Manage content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms
- Devise launch strategies for new brands and promotions
- Manage experiential marketing activations
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing counterparts
- Manage event budgets and provide recaps
- Advocate for Aprés Nail in the industry and marketplace

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills for timely execution
- Proven track record in developing marketing plans and social media campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities

**Salary range $130k-$140k**
