ServiceMaster Advantage is a family owned & operated Franchise We provide restoration in Central Indiana and surrounding areas. Job assignments can include specialty mitigation services, light demolition, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, vandalism clean-up, fire and smoke damage mitigation, content move-outs and pack ins, and content cleaning.

**As a Restoration Technician, your role on the Team is to**:

- This position is responsible for assisting in residential and commercial water & fire loss restoration in various roles and has the potential for advancement:

- Assist Customers in a time of need
- Communication with Customers, Insurance companies, and Administration
- Learn from experienced technicians with on-the-job training
- Initial Scope of a Loss
- Drying Equipment monitoring
- Assist with Demo
- Understanding water restoration technology, concepts, and procedures (willing to train)
- Available Overtime and can be added to an on-call rotation
- Potential to mobilize long distances for Large Losses or Catastrophe Events with bonus pay
- Be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Attention to detail on job sites
- Cleaning structures & contents affected by fire

**Do you have these skills?**

- Previous restoration experience is a plus
