As a Security Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, testing, and repair of various security systems, including video surveillance, access control, and fire alarm systems. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Install, program, test, or repair electronic systems, devices, and related equipment according to system design plans and building specifications.
  • Troubleshoot systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs to restore proper functionality.
  • Test systems and individual components, programming, and all system design features to ensure optimal operation.
  • Install cables in wire trays, through hooks or hangers, and within wall cavities, attics, and crawl spaces, terminating them at devices and panels.
  • Read, comprehend, and follow wiring diagrams, system specifications, programming manuals, and installation guides.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and documentation, including work orders, records of completion, and test and inspection forms.
  • Demonstrate systems to customers and provide guidance on system operation and alarm procedures.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service through competent service procedures, professional appearance, and effective communication with all customers.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to travel independently in company vehicles to job sites.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including the ability to install and configure residential-grade network routers.
  • Understanding of basic electronics and electrical theory, along with the ability to use a multimeter.
  • Physical capability for frequent standing, stooping, crawling, twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing, and working overhead.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
