**About the Project Supervisor**

As a Project Supervisor you will perform project scheduling, budgeting, supervision, quality control, direct work activities of all workers, communicate, schedule and meet customer expectations and communications. Your experience and understanding will help our customers. You will exercise your communication skills, as there may be times when you will need to discuss realistic and attainable expectations with the customers and the insurance company. Additionally, your leadership and management skills will be on display; you will meet and consult with customers and provide the necessary means to complete the customers’ expectations. Essentially, you are part of a team to ensure the customer is taken care of, on time, on budget and in a quality workman like manner. On the Showcase Restoration project team, you will get the opportunity to help manage the Construction and Re-Construction process. To succeed in the Showcase Restoration environment, your skill set will transcend beyond traditional project management, where you will have a vital role in our operations. We are looking for hard-working take charge team members.
Prefer experience in construction and fire and water re-construction work.

Need NC Drivers license. We will complete an MVR.
Pulmonary Fitness Test - This we be completed as part of your pre-employment conditions.
Pre-employment drug screening will be performed as part of your pre-employment conditions.
Background check will be performed as part of your pre-employment conditions.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,150.00 per week
