About the Team
The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and empathy. We strive to develop efficient but simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure that employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Complete the monthly review on salary data sources of assigned countries on time to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data sources related to salary;
2. Complete the annual operation related to salary data sources of non-Chinese Mainland countries timely, including but not limited to: review of global payroll SOP, operations of annual salary increase and promotion, coordination and payment management of annual and mid-year bonus;
3. Be familiar with the management of data sources in non Mainland China countries to ensure that the data source submission and approval processes meet the needs of the company and business;
4. Collaborate with other teams to constantly iterate and standardize the operation model of salary data sources through analysis of issues related to salary data sources;
5. Cooperate with internal HR technology team to increase synergy between the external payroll and internal upstream data source systems;
6. Any other reasonable work related to payroll operations.
Minimum Qualifications
1. 3 years of working experience related to payroll operations;
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data processing;
4. Good critical thinking, analysis and problem solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience working with HR Shared Services
2. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and a positive attitude;
3. Strong stakeholder management - being able to deal with the needs of multiple parties and knowing how to prioritise tasks.
