The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) supports a broad array of clients within the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (A&S) and Research and Engineering (R&E) on a variety of industrial policy, cyber, space, nuclear, intelligence and acquisition efforts. We have an immediate need for a Case Manager located in Arlington, VA.

**Responsibilities**:
Our client isseeking an experienced Case Manager to support the Assistant Secretary of Defense (ASD) for Industrial Base Policy on The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). CFIUS is an interagency committee authorized to review certain transactions involving foreign investment in the United States and certain real estate transactions by foreign persons, in order to determine the effect of such transactions on the national security of the United States.

- Review CFIUS filings, to include documentation relating to mergers and stock purchase agreements, corporate ownership structures, and USG contracting information.
- Conduct due diligence and fact-finding research with DoD stakeholders to assess risk arising from foreign direct investment and the implications relative to DoD's security interests; defense industrial base supply chain, dual-use technology transfer, personal data and cybersecurity.
- Author risk-based assessments regarding certain foreign investments and advise the CFIUS Mitigation team with recommendations.
- Produce case summaries, talking points, and action memorandum for senior DoD leaders, up to the Deputy Secretary of Defense, on a daily basis.
- This position is fully onsite at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

**Qualifications**:

- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's Degree required with a desired focus area of National Security, Economics, Business, or International Relations; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting national security issues
- Ability to communicate (oral or written) to senior DoD leaders
- Applicants may be required to submit a relevant writing sample
